I know what you're thinking.
"I know I need to stop saying 'should' but I don't know how."
"If I stop thinking I should or shouldn't, will I ever change?"
"I feel like everyone else is doing life better than me."
I used to think the same thing. But then I learned that these are all versions of "should" which has many problems. There's the obvious self-judgment with it, but it also lacks belief, accountability, action, or commitment and that's the real issue.
